All of the following programs are a semester commitment that run in conjunction with the academic school year. If you're interested in private lessons or have any questions about our plans, feel free to contact us.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR PROGRAM?
High Performance on-court training program, full fitness assessment, intense on and off court fitness, cross training, flexibility and stability work, college placement program, video analysis (stroke/technique/match play/strategy), tournament scheduling, player evaluation, goal setting, match play, and situational point play with individualized coaching.
Plan A: Full Time All Day Program
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 8:00 - 11:00 AM
(Fitness 10:15 - 11:00 M/W/F, Gym 10:00-11:00 T/TH)
(M/W/F) 3:30 - 5:30 PM, 3:30 - 6:00 PM T/TH (Fitness 5:30 - 6:00)
Saturday - 8:00 am -10:00 am
• Morning fitness sessions will include a variety of on and off court fitness
• Match play will be conducted on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These will include singles, doubles, and situational match play.
Plan B: Full Time Weekday Afternoon Program
SCHEDULE:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3:30 - 5:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30-6:00 PM (Conditioning 5:30 - 6:00 PM)
• Students may attend Saturday AM practice (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) as a make up for any missed weekday session.
• Due to limited space there will no longer be 3 or 4 day per week plan offerings, 5 session per week will be required minimum.
Plan C: Full Time Morning or Plan D: Morning + Match Play

(Fitness - M/W/F: 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM)
(Gym - T/TH: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Tuesday and Thursday – 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday - 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Match Play or Drilling/Points
